EMI Programs
Since 2021, the University has established EMI Programs. Students in these programs are required to take all required courses in English, as well as approximately 68% of their general education courses. Requirements for elective courses are determined by each department.
The following departments are recruiting students for EMI programs in 2025:

Continuing Education Course Subsidy
Eligibility:
Undergraduate students enrolled in NSYSU’s EMI programs, divisions, classes, or degree programs since 2021–22.
Subsidy:
- Students who take English courses offered by the Continuing Education Division (Foreign Language Training Center) and receive a certificate of completion may apply for a full tuition subsidy. Textbook and course material fees are not included. Please refer to the Continuing Education Affairs Information Portal for available courses. https://ceo-ogiaca.nsysu.edu.tw/
- Each student may receive the subsidy only once during their enrollment at NSYSU.
Application Procedure:
Students should register and pay for the course according to the course requirements. After completing the course, submit the completed application form together with the original certificate of completion and payment receipt to their department. The original certificate will be returned after verification.
