2026.06.24-06.26 [EMI PD Summer Summit] Open for Registration!

NSYSU Resource Center for Bilingual Education is hosting the 2026 EMI PD Summer Summit from June 24 to June 26,
and we sincerely invite your participation! This three-day EMI event is designed to help faculty comprehensively strengthen their EMI skills,
and to facilitate cross-institutional and interdisciplinary networks of educators. More details follow:

Date: June 24 (Wed) - June 26 (Fri), 2026. 3 days.
Venue: Crowne Plaza Tainan (No. 289, Zhouping Rd., Anping Dist., Tainan City)
Capacity: 70 participants (priority given to teachers attending all three days)
Fee: Accommodation and meals fully covered by the RCBE (family members will be charged separately)

【Highlights】
Participants participating three days in full will accumulate 20 hours of PD Workshop and one Microteaching (15-minute demo lesson) record, qualifying for the [Level I] Certificate of Completion. Completion of all three levels of the EMI PD Program will also be rewarded with a Certificate jointly issued by the MOE, TWAEA, and NSYSU.
The Summer Summit features EMI experts from universities across Taiwan as instructors and observers, covering topics include EMI key concepts, intercultural communication, lesson planning, teaching material development, instructional language, etc. Participants will also receive real-time observation feedback during their 15-minute Microteaching demo.
